Container of Generators with Synchronizing Control Panels Exported to East African Market

The client came from East African countries came to visit us early of 2019, and ordered a full container of generators with synchronizing control panels, powered by world famous Cummins engine.

The genset model V18C rated output 16KW/20KVA standby output 18KW/22.5KVA, was equipped with USA brand Cummins engine, France brand Leory Somer alternator, and UK brand Deepsea controller. And the noise level of silent enclosure is also very low, as low as 68dB.

The genset model V220C, rated output 200KW/250KVA standby output 220KW/275KVA, was also equipped with Cummins engine, and original Stamford alternator. And two units of V220C were synchronized working in parallel, to reach total 500KVA.

When one genset is running, the load is up to 80% (adjustable) power of rated power and automatic systems send out "the order for adding genset" by itself if the genset is faulty. And the other genset will be started up and be running. When two gensets are running, if total load is less than 20% (adjustable), the system will send out "the order for reducing genset".  And the standby genset which is running will be unloaded and break off by itself.

Features: Warning Function, Paralleling Function (auto-tripping, closing, auto-paralleling, disconnection, auto load shifting, and distribution. ATS Function can be selected by the generators whose bus bar is below 3200A.
