150KVA Cummins Generators for Philippines Government Power Project

A 40HQ container of 150KVA generators were exported to Philippines recently. This is for a local government tender. The generator model V132C, Prime Power 120KW/150KVA, Standby Power 132KW/165KVA.

Heavy load durable 4-stroke water cooled engine. Radiator 50℃ max, fans are driven by belt, with safety guard. Self-excited synchronous brushless alternator, single bearing IP23.

Victory generator sets compliance with all main standards, such as GB/T2820, GB1105, YD/T502, ISO8525, ISO 8528, ISO14000, ISO3046, GB755, BS5000, VDE0530, ISO3046, IEC34-1.

Each our generating set must be got through 1 hour load test for running 0%, 25%, 50%,75%, 100% and 110% load before dispatch. All protective devices, control functions are simulated and it's system checked, proved and then passed for dispatch. 

All iron and steel surfaces of canopy fabrications have been treated for coating by grit blast cleaning , then covered by a polyester powder paint which provides an excellent corrosion resistance surface.
